The clients sold twice as many pocket watches than usual with this window.

While the clients does sell goods his main business is in service; repair and replacement of parts.

The client had previously employed a professional sign writer. Although the sign writer has long since passed away his craftmanship still holds strong today.

Dali inspired, timepieces display

Due to the current Dali exhibition on at the National Gallery of Victoria, a Dali twist was used in this display, sans drooping timepieces. A blue backdrop and driftwood on wooden boards create the stark dry landscape with azure sky, while a prop ant and grasshopper - signature Dali insects - provide a hint of the surreal.
